





Cake Tastings:
We always recommend scheduling a one-on-one cake tasting and consultation. At the meeting, we encourage you to bring photographs, magazine pages and hand drawn sketches to help communicate your idea of the perfect wedding cake. We will discuss your cake details, including size, shape, design, budget, flavors, and delivery. You will get to sample several flavors, fillings, and icings. After the tasting we will send you a copy of your contract via email. There is a $25 fee for the tasting that is then applied to your total cake balance. As of 2010, there will be a 50% deposit required to reserve your wedding date.
Delivery:
Delivery costs are determined by mileage. Any delivery over 25 miles is a $25 fee and anything over 50 miles is $50 and so on. For anything over 2 tiers, we recommend Cake Delicioso deliver it personally. Delivery charges include set up of the cake AND cake table, along with any emergency repairs that need to be made. If you choose to have someone pick up your cake, we are not responsible for damages after it leaves our possession.
Cake Pricing:
We do not charge by the slice, we charge by the tier. We prefer this method to avoid confusion when trying to calculate slices by tier. Not everyone cuts their slices the same. Additional charges may apply for more intricate design work, custom decorations such as gum paste ribbons and bows, sugar flowers, dragées, white chocolate monograms, etc. There are no extra costs for different flavored tiers or fillings.
Cupcakes and Sheet Cakes:
We do not sell cupcakes or sheet cakes unless they are with a wedding or party cake order. Our minimum cake order is $100.
