This is how it all started! My love for crafts and baking started at an early age. I had always dreamed of doing something that required a lot of imagination and creativity. While I was at UNC, I began to take Wilton cake decorating classes and by my first class I knew that this was something I wanted to do. After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, I enrolled in a local culinary school and started baking full-time. Along my journey, I began to meet other students with a passion for baking! My love for baking and creating cakes started when I was just a child and has continued to this day. Baking a scratch made cake and turning it into something delicious and beautiful is what I love to do. Some of my fondest memories are of my mother baking tasty birthday cakes for myself and five other siblings. I want you to have the same memory of your cake whether it’s your wedding, birthday or any other special occasion.
